We use a third party application for managing the CPC-s licensing, which unfortunately had to change the IP addresses of
several of their servers. This could cause issues if you don't update to the latest version of CPC-s immediately.

For many of you, there will be no problems updating and running CPC-s as usual. If you are running Windows Defender,
please use the instructions (Defender_Instructions.pdf) below so that it doesn't block the CPC-s license connection. If
you are running Anti-Virus (AV) applications such as Norton, McAfee, or others, and you have previously whitelisted the
IP address of CPC-s, you will need to follow the instructions in the original installation manual to update those
whitelist rules so that CPC-s runs without issue. To download the original installation manual, please click here.

The newest release of CPC-s has many new features, enhancements, and bug fixes, so you'll get to take advantage of those
improvements as well.

To update the application, launch CPC-s by clicking on your desktop icon. Once you enter the main screen of CPC-s, It
should automatically prompt you to update as shown below.

Lastly, if you have any issues, please contact us on support via the chat window within CPC.
