This is in regards to using a Network Rover in SurvCE/SurvPC 6.0 and higher under Equip / GPS Rover in the RTK tab as it relates to the Use server transformations checkbox:

Attached is some PDF documentation for using 1021 to 1027 message types in SurvCE/SurvPC.
The "Use Server Transformation" checkbox should only be enabled when the NTRIP server in use is broadcasting the 1021-1027 position transformation messages.
In this case, the projection and geoid information for the survey will be received directly from the server and any transformation selected in SurvCE/SurvPC will apply only as a fallback.
SurvCE/SurvPC also supports disabling either the horizontal or vertical components of the server transformation. When "User Server Transformation" is enabled, the software will warn you if the expected messages are not received.
