Carlson Software Knowledge Base

This is in regards to using Carlson Cloud in the Carlson desktop software.

Note: to use the Carlson Cloud service after July 12th, 2022 will require using Carlson Survey 2018 or higher with Windows 8.1 or higher due to necessary changes on our server to improve security and stability. It will no longer function in Windows 7 and older operating systems.

There are no recurring subscription fees, or upfront cost, for using the Carlson Cloud transfer routine.

File size is limited to 5MB for transfer via Cloud.

The file size is checked before the user is allowed to attach the file to a message.
