Problem:
During start up of Carlson product user is getting error message that CGDRAWAPI###.### can not be loaded.
Cause:
CGDrawAPI is a application layer responsible for creation of C&G style points in the drawing. It depends on another file
called CRDDLL.DLL. Sometimes older version of that file is present on the system, so it does not match the version
needed.
Solution:
The reason the older copy of the DLL is found is due to Windows searching PATH environment variable prior to searching
CAD support's path. Solution is to copy this CRDDLL.DLL from installation folder into main executable's folder (folder
where acad.exe is located).
If problem persists, search your computer for all the occurences of this file and see if older software could be
removed.
