Problem:
When you access layer manager or the CUI(customize user interface) dialogs the program crashes with a fatal error. 

Solution:
This problem occurs because you double clicked the drawing to open it instead of using the file open command. Close the
software, open the software using the shortcut icons on your desktop then use file->open to open your drawing.
