The software has been updated within the past 60 days and you are still trying to use the older version. After 60 days,
the old registration is locked out and you will need to start using the newer version. 

Also, go to the HELP pull-down and go to 'About Carlson'. From this screen, select 'change registration' and be sure to
delete any unauthorized registration numbers.
