Microsoft Default settings contain a hardware lockout to all users with the exception of the Administrator of the computer, unless otherwise specified. This is the cause of a great many failed installation. If you are logged on as a guest, you cannot (in most cases) install new software to your computer. If you are logged on as a guest, log off and back on as the Administrator. This should solve the lockout issue of installation. |
