If you have received a boundary file from an outside source or you want to check the linework before you create points
then there is a command under Area/Layout-Layout Utilities-Cleanup Lot Linework that helps you clean up the
drawing.
This command lets you first find the errors using a set Tolerance (either lines too short or lines that don't
connect) and then automatically correct them or do them individually.
The image below shows the error's found.
Once the all errors have been dealt with it is best to rerun the command to check.
