For an existing surface, highlight the surface in the Scene Explorer then click on the Edit Surface icon
then choose Add Breakline option from the list in the lower-right of the program. You can then manually draw a
breakline. 

If you wanted to add in an existing polyline as a breakline to an existing surface, click on Edit Surface then
choose the existing polyline from your Scene Explorer then click on Add Breakline then Finish
