Sometime it is necessary to re-process the raw RW5 data to recreate a CRD/CRDB file. This could be for a number of
reasons (corrupted or missing CRD, applying a Geiod, etc). Carlson's X-Port software, which is included for free when
purchasing a valid SurvCE licence, can do this.

In X-port, go to File > Open RW5 file then click Process(Compute Pts) and click "GPS". Next, set the correct
Projection Type:. If your projection isn't in the list, scroll down to More Pre-Defined and click on
Setup to choose the correct value.

If using a Localization file, check the box for Use Alignment File for Localization and set Geoid to
Apply: to the Geoid in use (if one has been used). After clicking OK, you'll be prompted to select your *.LOC
localization file.

Then you can review the report and click "Exit" in the top left and it will display all your coordinate data in the
bottom half of the window.

You can click File > Save CRD or Save CRD As to save the new coordinate data.
