To restore the Geomax Toolkit shortcut you can have them try the steps below:
- Double-tap My Device then double-tap the Windows folder
- Scroll down and find the Geomax Toolkit icon and tap only once to highlight it
- Tap File / Send To / Desktop as shortcut
- Then tap the "X" in the top right and try double-tapping the new shortcut icon
If the touchscreen has been disabled and the Geomax Toolkit shortcut is damaged you can try running the reset below on the screen of the CRx instrument:
- Power on CRx instrument and wait for the WindowsCE Desktop to show.
- Hold the power button for 2 seconds and release it when you see the Power Options menu.
- select Reset / then select Reset Windows CE and Installed Software
