Several routines in Carlson Office use Internet Explorer based file download mechanisms. Because of this, some default settings in Internet Explorer can cause certain Carlson routines to fail.
Please make sure that the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" Internet Explorer security is disabled.
Instructions
- Launch Internet Explorer.
- Select the Tools from the menu bar.
- Then select Internet Options from the drop down menu.
- Once the Internet Options dialog has loaded, click on the Advanced tab.
- Under Security options find where it says Do not save encrypted pages to disk.
- If Do not save encrypted pages to disk is toggled On, please switch the toggle Off then press the "Apply" button, and finally press the "OK" button to exit the "Internet Options" dialog.
