This is in regards to downloading raw static *.SBF files from the Carlson NR3 receiver:
1) Power on the NR3 by pressing the power button once. The unit takes about 30 seconds to fully boot up
2) WiFi is turned on by default and will be available about 30 seconds after powering on
***If the WiFi LED is off, you can toggle WiFi on/off by quickly pressing twice on the power button
3) On your laptpop or desktop computer, find the WiFi network beginning with Carlson_NR3 then click Connect
4) Open a browser such as Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome or Firefox and type 192.168.20.1 in the address bar and hit
ENTER
5) Click the "NMEA/SBF" tab in the top right then click "NMEA/SBF Logging"
6) This should display the .sbf static files in the memory of the NR3 receiver as shown in the screenshot below:

7) Now you can click the green "Down Arrow" icon next to the *.SBF file you want to download to your computer
***You can convert this *.SBF raw static file to RINEX using the "SBF Converter" software utility after installing RX
