After clean install or registry clean up Carlson application may loose definitions for keyboard shortcuts (quick keys,
accelerators).
To solve this you need to do following:
For version 161004 and newer: type CUSTOMIZE, switch to Keyboard tab, press "Reset" button, then "Close" button.
For versions older than 161004: download following file: https://web.carlsonsw.com/owncloud/index.php/s/XCWQBsiUWky0HqL
(password: 111).
Then in Carlson application type CUSTOMIZE, Enter, go to Keyboard tab, click Import button, navigate to downloaded file,
and press Open button.
