If you have an older tablet running Windows 10 Pro, please note that the end of support for this version of Windows is 14th October 2025. After this date, Microsoft will no longer provide free software updates, technical assistance, or security enhancements for Windows 10 Pro.

Windows IoT Enterprise Edition has a longer support life cycle with support until the year 2032.

Juniper began installing Windows IoT Enterprise (instead of Windows 10 Pro) on RT4 tablets manufactured after October 2022.

To see which operating system is running on your tablet, open Settings > System > About. Alternatively, select and hold the Start button, then choose System.

Under Windows specifications, check which Edition and Version of Windows your tablet is running.
